FAQs for our Washington Storage Units
Unlike other storage companies – with us you don’t have to purchase a lock to store with us.
We’ll give you a heavy duty padlock to go with your container. This is protected on the container by a steel lockbox.
We ask for £50 key deposit that you get back when you return the lock and key to us.
We operate our Washington site remotely.
When you reserve storage we’ll give you instructions on how to use the electronic gates and where to find your storage unit.
Once you have your key you’re able to use and access the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are no minimum notice periods.
When you’re ready to move out – give us a call to let us know & you’re able to move out right away. We’ll refund you for any storage you’re not using so you’re not out of pocket.
