FAQs on our Killingworth Storage Units
No, we provide you with a heavy duty padlock free of charge.
We take a £50 deposit that you get back when you give us back the lock & key as well as the storage unit in the same clean condition you were given it.
We don’t have an active on the Killingworth site, but our team are always on hand to help if you make an appointment.
When you reserve storage with us we’ll send you instructions on how to find, open & lock your storage unit.
The first time you visit site to take on your storage container with us needs to be during business hours.
But after that – you’ll have 24 hour, 7 days a week access – completely unrestricted.
There is no minimum notice period with Pay Less for Storage.
Simply call us up and say you’re handing back the storage unit – you can leave on that day.
We’ll refund you for any storage you’ve not used.
