FAQs for our Brunswick Storage Units
No, we provide you with a heavy duty padlock free of charge for the duration of you storing with us.
We do ask for a £50 deposit – that you get back when you return your unit clean & tidy as well as the lock and key to us.
We operate our Brunswick storage location remotely – there isn’t an office on site.
When you reserve storage with us we’ll send across instructions on how to find, access, open & lock your storage unit. The first time you access the site will need to be done during business hours 9am – 5pm.
After that – when you’re a storage customer you’ll be able to have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are no notice periods to our storage.
Can you move out the same day as you tell us that you’re moving out.
We’ll refund you for any storage you’ve paid for but aren’t going to use to make sure you’re not out of pocket.
