It is your responsibility to ensure that the storage container is suitable for the intended use. No Contents insurance or local authority rates are included in the rent. If payment is outstanding for more than 28 days, the contents of the container may be removed and disposed of at the company’s discretion, any cost incurred maybe charged to the licensee.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current contact details, if you change address or telephone numbers we must be informed immediately.
You are not allowed to store anything toxic, explosive or flammable and anything stolen or illegal.
All containers must be left in a clean and dry condition when vacated. Any necessary costs incurred for either rubbish disposal or cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
After you click 'proceed to payment' we will ask you to setup your direct debit. This will be used to collect your monthly payment when you move in. No money will be taken immediately, a Pay Less team member will first be in touch next to arrange a time to show you your storage unit. When you're happily moved in, we will use the direct debit to begin taking payments.
